Absolutely awful customer service. There were nine employees behind the counter and in the kitchen, including a manager, half of whom weren’t doing anything, other than drinking their sodas and laughing with each other (manager included). I stood at the counter for five minutes to pickup my to-go order, which I could see sitting on the “grab-and-go” shelves, which were (for some reason) behind the registers. Several of the employees even made eye contact with me during this time (again, manager included), and two of them even came over to get something from near the register. You literally don't know your own menu. We asked twice for 2 Crunchwrap-Supremes and both times got tough shells Tacos. The girl in the window looked at us as if we were crazy to tell her that the whole order was wrong. Apparently, this place is just tacos. You want a burrito? Here's a taco. Crunchwrap? Taco. Fiesta potatoes? Taco is.
My SO likes me to drive him here after we've been out all day and he has a craving for some good ol' fashioned Taco Bell. We always come to the drive-thru; the staff are always nice and keep the line moving. His order has always been accurate and they're never stingy about giving a lot of sauce.
You have to order yourself from a kiosk, then if you're paying cash you wait till they call your name to pay at the register, then wait some more for your order. Add in 3 tacos and a med drink meal was just shy of $10. Not someplace I plan on stopping in again.

The restaurant is cleaner than ever and the service is fast. The new general manager, Deborah, was incredibly nice. She treated my children wonderfully and even gave us a complimentary treat. Overall, it was a great experience!
You can't go wrong by visiting this restaurant. I've never had an incorrect order. The customer service is decent, but it varies depending on who is working. I tried the wings, and they were just okay – quite small too.
Can’t go wrong with Taco Bell. A classic across the country. This drive thru is usually pretty quick, albeit a little tricky to navigate. Ordering ahead on the app will make your transaction way quicker.
DO NOT GO AT NIGHT!!!!!Awful experience consistently.Why is my food cold and incorrect everytime! Only the ladies working in the daytime are cool. Love taco bell but this one at night is shameful.
