The service here is horrible every time you come in and try to get service they act like they don’t see you or don’t hear you then it’s a young man I believe that he may be Latino that prances around right in front of you and refuses to acknowledge the customers the only person that acknowledges customers is a tall black man that works the line.. I see why people stick to the drive thru here you’ll get faster service there then you would inside of the store. Very unfortunate!
Every time I place an order with them, they forget something, and it’s usually the most expensive item on my order! I’ve noticed that they don't check to see if the order is complete before handing it to me. When it comes to vegetarian options, they claim to replace meat with beans, but they still manage to overlook other items. Even when I mention dietary restrictions, they might swap something for another item, yet they still forget important parts of the order.
The alleged (hispanic sounding) manager at this location is rude and unprofessional. I will be calling corporate to report her use of expletives over the intercom because she was frustrated that the APP did not notify me of the discontinuance of a drink item and I had to modify my order. Her attitude is trash.

I visited the restaurant the day before and received a chalupa that was exceptionally hard. I mentioned this to the staff member, but she didn't seem very accommodating. I frequent this Taco Bell often since it’s in my neighborhood.
this industry needs business advice, a new manager maybe. they look like they won't see you. the bathrooms are clean, but the service in the interior is inexpensive. I'd just come back to use the bathroom.
