The staff here seem indifferent, and the managers share the same attitude. Three out of four times (possibly four out of four), they forget to include something in my order at the drive-thru. The quality has really declined; the tacos are sloppily made and almost seem soggy, as if they’re just filled with water. Perhaps it’s just the staff working the afternoon shift. I genuinely enjoy Taco Bell and have had good experiences all over New York, but each time I visit this location, I leave feeling disappointed. It’s almost as if I already know what to expect and just want to see how bad it can get each time.
On the night of September 5th at 12:35am I went to Taco Bell and ordered a party pack FOR $20… as I open the first taco I realize there is literally no beef and cheese, the beef is so skimped all I taste is lettuce and shell… as my buddy was waiting for his order I hear the employee thru the window blatantly laughing and talking about how they blatantly skimped my food, god knows what else they did to it. Is this what you call service? I’m gonna spread the word around never go to Taco Bell on Ulster ave… i took a video but I’m unable to post it here
I would have to say the food did not taste too good beings that I did not eat it . I had my order delivered there was not one sauce in the bag for any of the tacos. When I called the store to complain I spoke to a Shift leader named Andrew. He told me hes very sorry about that but I need to contact doordash I did not pay doordash for my food . My bank statement clearly says Taco Bell . So I asked Andrew are you trying to tell me that doordash was supposed to check my order before it left the store he said oh no. So why is it their fault ?
I just got back from there. Despite being busy and short-staffed, they managed to keep the place clean and got a complicated large order out in under 3 minutes. While this was happening, there was a woman who was trying to get free food for herself and eight of her friends because, as she claimed, some of their dishes didn’t have enough sour cream. It could have been a simple mistake if it was accurate, but she treated the staff as if they had personally offended her.

I used to have a great experience at this restaurant, but lately, every time I order food, it seems undercooked. The cheese is barely melted, and the tortillas are never toasted. I understand that the staff may not be very enthusiastic, but it would be nice if they could leave the food on for more than just one minute!
After 37 minutes of waiting for my food I decided to cancel my order, and 2 weeks after 8/5/2023 at 10:04 pm) that happened again waiting for 25 minutes inside of the local I must cancel my order again, everybody order after me already got the food and leave it and me..... waiting and waiting
Got food at the drive through yesterday morning at 11 am, food took over 9 minutes , it was greasy and cold, I have been coming here for years with no issues, something has changed or maybe they don't have enough help, either way I was very disappointed
Been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting on a online order. You order online so it's fast and ready not wait here wile people come and go after just ordering and I asked just to be refunded and say forget it and was refused. This place sucks

The man that served us was awesome he was right on it he took my order help me through it even explain what I asked about the fries and not surprised I never expected such a nicer service
It's taco bell and I kinda love it. Can be inconsistent later on in the day but food good and cheap so no real complaints
