I waited in line for about 45 minutes, only to receive an incomplete order. I had ordered 4 tacos and 4 burritos, and was told to pull around. When I reached the window, the employee handed me my bag and quoted a total that was lower than usual (since I order this all the time). I asked if he was sure, and as we discussed my order, he insisted that I only ordered 2 burritos instead of 4. He told me the only way to resolve the issue was to wait in line again. Not wanting to spend another 45 minutes, I decided to leave. I wasn’t looking for a remake, just wanted to add the 2 burritos that I originally ordered. Instead, I ended up in an argument. They could have easily made 2 more burritos and...
This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! I go out of my way to visit this location. I just came from another Taco Bell drive-thru that took ages, and I’m so glad I switched. I was in and out of here in only 5 minutes. My nacho fries are always freshly made, and they consistently get my substitutions correct. I’d go to great lengths to come to this Taco Bell!
The customer service is terrible. The employees do not seem to care about making your food or insuring your order is correct. It gets worse instead of better. Now the workers make you wait at the speaker so there drive through wait time will appear quickereven when you pre order.
Rude! Closed early due to lack of employees. The manager had to stop the cashier from starting an argument with me. She was mad because I was still on the lot, googling another Taco Bell before I pulled off. He was professional, the girl definitely wasn't!

Judging by the quality of the food and service I would have to say the employees here despise their jobs and likely their entire existence here I give up on finding even remotely decent fast food anywhere in Memphis. I've been enjoying cup ramen much more

My experience today was greatly improved. The young woman who took my order and gave me my food was exceptionally friendly. It was a wonderful surprise!
