I would have liked to stay and eat, but there was a strange smell in the air that resembled paint or some kind of chemical, so I decided to take my food and leave. In hindsight, I should have stayed to get a refund because my food was not hot at all. I realized things were off when I saw the staff member grab my order from a shelf. They don’t seem to have a warmer to keep food ready for pickup, which means mine had likely been sitting there for a while.

Wait was too long I was told 10 mins actually waited almost 30min when I tried to require about how long it would be after waiting so long and explained I had a doctor's appointment I still had no clear answer and im big on communication then when i called backed for refund because I had to go and she never communicated she claim she was making the order but this after already waiting almost 30 mins ...workers in the back coughing mops hanging in food area and the same person taking payments making my order with no gloves on..I wont return food was burnt not appealing....No need to reach out it's a NO for me
Riko's is always on point. I used to come here at least once a week when I worked in the medical district. I don't get to come as often since I am downtown now but when I do they do not disappoint. I tend to order the Lemon pepper or the season wet wings Their big chicken (legs and Thighs) are good as hell as well. I order them for my family and they devour them. Most importantly the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME. Y'all know how some of these wing spots can be with the service. Also check out their specials they usually have them on the Facebook page.
First time customer and whole experience was just awful. No greetings, call myself catching their catfish and fries deal of the day because I was referred to them and I had bout 6 catfish with a lot of fries, banana pudding was trash; didn't even look or taste homemade plus looked like it was 1 Sam's club sample scoop for $7 with a lot of cookies. The shrimp tacos was bout the only thing I liked out of everything I ordered. Disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the fried chicken leg and thigh with the original seasoning, along with three whole wings seasoned with honey gold, and a side of fried okra. Everything was perfectly seasoned, crispy, and juicy. I will definitely return! The service was fantastic, and the food was incredible!
got the 3 sliders with party wing combo. nicely portioned food, def a bang for your buck! cashier told me 15-20 mins, time was accurate. food is GREAT! i definitely recommend
This a gem in the midtown area. I work nearby, and each time I come they greet me with customer service ! I love this place. The beef tacos are AMAZING !
