when I was ordered in the mobile app and there rude, obnoxious woman told me that the computer was down and that I had to call to get my money back and when I went inside to show her my job on my handy, she tried to get it from me to show me, and I told her that I would keep the phone that she got all crazy and ran me through. I called company and district director and was promised $20 gift card I had never received, and I had to call more than 5 times for 3 weeks just to get my money back. I was a taco bell customer over 30 years and will never go into all restaurants ever again! thanks nichole at broadview and snow rd taco bell!
the bathroom cocks were broken. I couldn't wash my hands before touching my clean covered private parts! therefore could not eat with my unclean hands. had to order food, to go .came back to home and washed my hands and sat down to eat and suddenly recognized my eating has gone cold and soggy. a sad...sad...sad experience. could never have realized that a broken hahn in the toilet room in taco bell would have so much challenging effect on my eating of taco bell.
EDIT: changed to 1 star because I placed an order on the app last week. order went through, my card was charged, and I went to go pick it up. when I arrived the cops were there and it was closed! I called to ask if I could get my order and was told no, there was an “altercation” and I’d have to call corporate. have called multiple times and never been connected to someone and have emailed twice with no answer. I want a refund

Went there to order food and they said they're short staffed, only taking deliveries which doesnt make sense because if you can make food for deliveries you have enough people to make food for a simple drive thru order. Makes absolutely no sense. Horrible management, horrible customer service. Unpleasant service.
Tried to go to Taco Bell for breakfast around 10 am. Front of the store says it opens at 9, but no one is responding at the drive-thru even after waiting for about 5 mins. Very disappointing that they can't open their store properly at the correct time.
the worst place of all time! it's dirty that the person who made my burrito, it was with two Burrito shells that were stale and falling apart. we waited about 15min for someone who acknowledged that we were there to turn off 30 minutes for 2 burritos!
Want tacobell.. do you want good tacobell? At 12am on a tuesday after youve had one too many at the bar and youd like some good food to sober you up? Goto this tacobell then! Absolute fire never disappointed.. well maybe once be disregard that!

eating is the usual taco bell that is good, but 5 stars to service, I ordered at 11:40 clock and this guy who took the order and took payment, very friendly and sweet, in contrast to other restaurants, keep it up and all the best.
Had a attitude that I was even there ordering. Had me pull to the front for 5 $1 cheesy burritos. When I got the bag it had no sauce or a option of sauce was not even offered. This happened twice there will be no third time for me
