Very dissatisfied with there drive thru service. Driving up they had me wait several minutes before taking my order. Then having to repeat what I wanted numerous times for them to hand me the wrong order after specifically telling them what I wanted. Giving them the food back the woman at the window seems like she doesn't know what a taco supreme is, and to give me another back with the wrong order AGAIN. Then upon that I asked for sauce when they finally got it right on the third try and Theres no sauce so I had to walk in upon waiting at the counter before someone actually asked me what I needed, customer service is trash and language barrier in there is trash I will never pay another doll...
I ordered the crunch wrap supreme with Xtra meat 1.00) add green sauce .25) for a total of $8.22 needless to say when I returned home there was NO Xtra meat NO green sauce and NO sour cream upon returning to make it right the evil, miserable Mexican mgr. My motorcycle broke down, so I stopped here to fix it. I grabbed a couple of tacos and burritos because it was that kind of day. Anyway, to keep it brief, I rushed in wearing only my boots, and they gave me the bathroom code without treating a naked, tattooed, bearded man with burns and cowboy boots like I was anything unusual. I had to ride home wrapped in just paper towels, but the staff at this Taco Bell are truly exceptional.

This is the best Taco Bell in the Sacramento area! It's a hundred times better than the one at IKEA, which is often late opening, has rude staff, and doesn't serve breakfast. This location is open 24 hours, and the team is both professional and friendly. Plus, they offer breakfast! Great job!
I was really hungry at 1:30 in the early morning. It was a bit chilly outside, but when I knocked on the window, the guy was very kind. Even though it was a drive-thru, he handed me my food with a friendly attitude. God bless him and people like him!

All the dishes were generously packed with vegetables compared to other Taco Bells in the Bay Area. The staff was also very friendly, which is unusual for Taco Bell. I highly recommend this location!

My husband got very sick afterward, and we had to stop twice on the way home so he could vomit. The woman working the drive-thru was incredibly rude.
The steak white hot ranch fries are incredible—definitely give them a try, they’re amazing!
