It’s been many many years since we’ve eaten at a Taco Bell restaurant and wanted to try one of the new menu items we saw advertised. Via DoorDash, we ordered the Crunch Wrap Supreme (with large Dragon Fruit Freeze). Also a soft taco with Mountain Dew Freeze. The time between order and DoorDash pick up was amazingly quick (Dasher was already in area I guess...lol) The order was packaged well for delivery. The only “major” issue was that instead of a Dragon Fruit freeze and a Mountain Dew freeze, we received two Mountain Dew freezes. 7 Out of the 10 times I've come to this Taco Bell there has been an issue. Tonight at 10:2pm the female on the speaker says we're going to have to wait 30 minutes because they're doing a shift change. You close at 1:00am what shift is changing at 10:30at night? Just say you don't want to serve any food. the last couple of times I've come they didn't have any meat another time Icame they didn't have any drinks I'm just never going to come here again. the people who work there are friendly. I don't knowif they just don't want to work or you legit don't never have food here,but either way I'm not going to keep coming her.
The worst taco bell I have ever seen. For a time they barely put any food in the burritos other times just tasted funny. It is always something. For a time they did not have the freezes. Then they only had some of the flavors. Then their grill broke. Thenthey didn't have sour cream. Another time they could take take my order for 15-20 minutes b/c they were changing shifts. Inisolated incidents they aren't a big deal but when there is always something wrong then I have to assume bad managementespecially since this barely happens at other locations.
This is one of the worst taco bell locations in the country. It's poorly managed, the employees are trash, and they always are out of something if not everything. They will always have an excuse for payments or ingredients not being available. I've comehere multiple times to always be reminded oh yeah this location is terrible. Taco bell corporate you have to help this locationthis can't be how you run a business. Please help them because they're clearly struggling.

My husband and I went to get dinner for the night he ordered #7. We got home No chicken on it just two soft tortillas burnt together. I order the Mexican taco meal it looked like it was ran over. The worst food ever not to mention we ordered two sweetteas but it?s was only enough for one so I got a root beer. I won?t my money back asap I will be there tomorrow to get it
Best taco bell for late nights. Past few times I've been there it always has my favorite food. Staff is not rude, but not sweet either very nonchalant. Drive thru goes quick. Gives a lot of sauce. Rarely forgets food. Best taco bell in the area.

If I could give zero stars I wouldI'm currently sitting in the drive thru and it has taken me 10 minutes.
