Pull up to the drive thru, no other cars in it at all, and was told I needed to wait a few minutes as they were in the middle of shift change. I wait. I ordered a 5 later burrito with Fiesta strips and an iced coffee. Pull forward, got my burrito, but nocoffee. I was asked to pay a different amount, told them that was wrong and then paid the correct amount. While waiting on mycoffee, I opened my burrito...no Fiesta strips. I checked the receipt to see I was charged for the strips and also for addingbacon, which was also not in the burrito or the bag. I was able to get the strips, I handed her my receipt to get my money backfor the bacon, but was never offered it before someone new appears at...

Service has been awful lately. Wish there was another in the area we could go to. Good luck going into the lobby. They always have it closed during normal hours. When you go through the drive through, they make you pull in a spot and wait for 10-30 mins.Then they don?t know which car had which order, so they end up coming to your car with the wrong order about 5 times. Sucksbecause they used to be so great.

Well let me start by saying I expected the worst! Gas station Tacobell right? I was pleasantly surprised Staff was amazing and kind a food was as good as it gets. There staff constantly cleaning tables seven wiping seats. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Maybe it was that shift or something they got my order wrong so I had to walk in and they were all lost. After they FINALLY figured it out they forgot our fries. I had to go in 3 times!!! And on top of that the food was cold ????amazing ha.
