I only had a few options ordering food this late at night, so I chose this place. There were a few people waiting in parking spots, but the lady working this shift on 4/16/22 was extremely pleasant and took my order down with no issues. She offered to upgrade my small drink to a large, and had my food out to me in a timely manner. Most importantly, however, was the fact that of the four items I ordered, I actually got all four items in the bag. This has been such an issue at other places recently that it prompted me to write a glowing review. So they lost my order and then the female manager argued with me about it until I showed her the receipt on my phone. They grabbed my phone and passed it around with their gloves on and got it greasy. The first photo has the burritos that we ordered. The ones in the back are what first came out and then my boyfriend went back in and the bottom ones are the next ones they gave him. When he went back in she yelled at him for coming back. To top it all off I never got my cinnamon twist, we got the wrong drink twice, the nachos didn't have extra meat and the taco had sour cream when we asked for it without. Direct time : Wed Oct 21 2:00p.m. -Already had ate into my meal realized it wasn’t what I ordered. (Which was Chicken Quesadilla and then to top it off it; at the window the lady gave me an attitude from the getgo when THEY mistakenly forgot a drink with no attitude from us whatsoever they couldn’t even show any gratitude or be formally kind . Horrible Experience from a fast food , who knows maybe by saying this I’ll let others be aware .
I love this Taco Bell. It's my favorite fast food stop because the staff are always so friendly, they always get your order right, and the food is great! I would just like to leave an assessment to thank this location and its employees for their extraordinary nature:

Taco Bell is Taco Bell . You roll the dice at the drive through. I ordered and paid online as I prefer my food slightly different then the menu. Nothing was right but they added a food item I didn’t order. Sorry to who ever got shorted.
Nacho fries are back! Woo hoo! Except this is a very sad looking order of nacho fries. I placed an order using the app for the first time and that was easy and fast. 1:00 on a Thursday afternoon and the food looks like this. Yikes...
A very friendly team of employees. Food is always served hot and well prepared. You can also give so many napkins you can keep a few in the car. Good food and friendly people basically what everyone wants when they pick up food.
Nastiest place. Watched them take taco meat from a box in the staff office and put it on someones order.. Staff is very rude and incompetent they have no idea what they are doing and mess up every order. And the place is gross..

I make door dash and I tend to get food in places even at delivery, I never had problems at this Taco bell. There is always sick with food, friendly workers, and the food must still be evil here.
