This place is awful. Twice now I placed online orders and had issues. First time I showed up to pickup and their lobby was locked. This was at normal dinner hours too. The employee came up and told me they closed early and to just cancel my order in the app. Not possible once they marked it as being made. I had to contact Taco Bell corporate to get my refund back. This last time I went to go pick up my order, lobby locked once again. Guy came out after 8 or so minutes to tell me they were out of an item. Told me to cancel my order again but I knew better. He went inside to check on it, turned the lobby lights off and never came back out. I had to go knock on the door to get someone else to come help. They claimed the order never came through, then changed their story to tell me the item was out. Told me to cancel once again and I had to show them my phone to show it was not possible. Finally they said they can substitute the item, which I ended up doing because I already paid and wanted my dinner. The item was cheaper than the cancelled items, but I was tired of arguing. Got the food after waiting a total of a half hour there, and they didn’t even make everything properly. What a joke.
I get that there are labor shortages and I'm sure it's tough right now to find help. But management and ownership should then adjust their hours online so people know they aren't open. This is an easy fix. Updating this review. Decided to give them a second chance and ordered online to pick up. I arrive well before their 1 am closing time. Nothing. This place is incapable of providing the most basic service of being open when they say their open. Thats the last time I'll order from here.
the drive thru worker who served me today was simply amazing. I had to pierce the line twice and both times they were so personal and in such a great mood. Eating was great. will try to find my reception to contact a manager or something and tell them how great my experience was today, that the worker is excellent.
