This place is awful. Twice now I placed online orders and had issues. First time I showed up to pickup and their lobby was locked. This was at normal dinner hours too. The employee came up and told me they closed early and to just cancel my order in the app. Not possible once they marked it as being made. I had to contact Taco Bell corporate to get my refund back. This last time I went to go pick up my order, lobby locked once again. Guy came out after 8 or so minutes to tell me they were out of an item. Told me to cancel my order again but I knew better. He went inside to check on it, turned the lobby lights off and never came back out. I had to go knock on the door to get someone else to come help. They claimed the order never came through, then changed their story to tell me the item was out. Told me to cancel once again and I had to show them my phone to show it was not possible. Finally they said they can substitute the item, which I ended up doing because I already paid and wanted my dinner. The item was cheaper than the cancelled items, but I was tired of arguing. Got the food after waiting a total of a half hour there, and they didn’t even make everything properly. What a joke.
