This location gets slammed with customers around dinner time. The issue here is that the actual length of the drive thru from where you order to where you pay and pickup your food is only 3 cars and for whatever reason it tends to move slow. Lastly, overall food quality is usually pretty good but make sure you get everything you ordered before driving away, I've caught something they have missed every time I have gotten food from this location, most of the time it's minor...
Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by a cheerful staff member behind the counter. Her bright smile suggested she was in high spirits, though she was simply enjoying her work. She efficiently took our order, double-checked it, and made sure everything was correct with no errors. The restaurant was clean, but what impressed me most was their fully operational digital payment system.
I was pleasantly surprised by how Taco Bell has stepped up its pace and safety measures during the ongoing pandemic. I didn’t need to touch anything—I was kindly asked if I wanted a receipt, and my food was handed to me in a bin. Wow, great job, Taco Bell! I was so happy that I called right after I left to offer my compliments. Amazing work, Taco Bell—hats off to you all!
The worst Taco Bell in San Antonio. I understand that the staff needs their jobs, but there’s no excuse for being rude and unpleasant. Even the manager was standing right next to the drive-thru employees, who were disrespectful and handling food carelessly, yet did nothing to address the situation. Food quality: 1/5. I have been starting to come to the taco bell on sw military dr every other day after work and one of the cashiers named Isaiah is always very super nice to me. Very respectful and a polite young man. I hope you all get to experience great service from this young man. Well taught.
