Taco Bell - Réservation de table

On August 19th, 2023, I had an excellent dining experience at the Taco Bell located on Leffingwell Rd and La Mirada Blvd in La Mirada. I dined in and was impressed by Celeste, who was efficiently managing both the drive-thru and front counter. She was cheerful and clearly passionate about her job. I complimented her to her manager and requested that my praise be passed on to General Manager Irene. Celeste effortlessly navigated between the computer, headset, dispensers, and her prep team with a smile for every customer. She is a powerhouse who exudes excellent customer service and makes you feel valued. I thoroughly enjoyed observing her in action.

We made a spur-of-the-moment decision to have lunch at the Leffingwell location on Saturday afternoon. As we drove around to the drive-thru, it appeared closed because it was very dark and there were no customers in sight. Despite this, we were greeted by a staff member and placed our order at the menu. The burrito supremes we ordered were priced at almost $5 each, but we were disappointed to find that they were very skimpy on ingredients. Overall, we were not impressed and are no longer fans of this restaurant.

I visited the restaurant's drive-thru and had a negative experience. As I was passing food to my child, the worker threw my card back at me without giving me enough time to catch it. I felt unwelcome and when I asked about my order, he closed the window on me. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I ordered tacos without meat and they were served in a sack instead of a box. The price was $5.99 instead of $5.00. The service for takeout was subpar, with a rating of 1. The food quality was also a 1, and the atmosphere was lacking as well. I would recommend trying the tacos at this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant

After waiting 10 minutes for my food, I found that items were incorrect and missing. I would advise avoiding this location. The taco shells were broken and the staff was unfriendly.

It's still the taco bell we all know and love just... more expensive and without my favorite en chorito!!! Come on bring that back and I will forgive the high prices!!!

I frequent this restaurant often, but they always seem to forget some items. I strongly suggest checking your order before leaving. The staff is poorly trained. Réservez une table maintenant
