It 's rare that I go to a Taco Bell and get my vegetarian order correctly made. This location got me my order 100% correct, and fairly quickly. Food was delicious and just what I was hoping for.Vegetarian options: My favorite is the black bean crunchwrap, but I also love the spicy potato soft taco and a black bean Mexican pizza or bean and cheese burrito.Dietary restrictions: If you can 't do dairy, just make sure to order fresco style (I think that 's it? , and they replace dairy products with a pico de gallo, iirc.
I cannot provide a rating for the food because the staff members at the counter refused to take my order, citing that there was only one cashier available and the kiosk only accepted card payments. I intended to pay with cash. It is disappointing that we have come to a point in society where simple transactions like these can be botched. This error ended up costing the restaurant about $40, but unfortunately, chain restaurants like this one do not seem to care about their customers' experiences.
I stopped by for lunch on my way back from running errands. I decided to try the beefy 5-layer burrito, but with no sour cream and added black beans. What I received was a soft tortilla wrap that was a bit lacking in substance. I'm not entirely convinced it was the beefy 5-layer burrito I ordered. However, it was still tasty enough for me to finish and I would consider coming back. The service at this restaurant is usually quite good as well.
Every time I come here I say I am not coming back. This trip I order #6 with chicken. I want the taco crunchy. My ticket said beef crunchy. As soon as I looked at the receipt I saw beef poison to me) I told the lady I ordered chicken . She said she heard me. I felt she was angry. I had yo asked for the taco sauce, and a straw. At times, they enjoy a large crispy taco, premium nacho bell border, or soft taco for the "mini" option. However, I have to give them a four out of five rating because there were a couple of instances when they couldn't accept cash payments. I ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes, only to find out that one or two items on the main menu were unavailable due to ingredients like barbecued meat.
I ordered online, came to pick it up, waited in line for an hour and food was cold they didn't even remake it. The quality has gone dramatically. I go all the way to Florence normally for taco bell, I tried to give them another shot and they blew it. They also closed their doors at 5pm. I watched the workers in there talking and laughing instead of taking orders.
