My boyfriend and I were doing DoorDash on April 26, 2024, and received an order around 12:50 AM. We weren't aware that Taco Bell was closed, so we stopped by the drive-thru window to check on the order, as DoorDash indicated it was still active. When we approached the window, a woman opened it and rudely informed us that they were closed. My boyfriend politely asked how we could still be notified about an order if they were not open, and she snapped back, “Didn’t you hear we’re closed?” I understand the challenges of working in the food industry, but there's really no excuse for rudeness.
When it was time to get my food, the lady had my food in a bag to go when in fact I ordered to dine-in. When she brought me a tray it was wet all over it with my food placed on it. I asked her is this how she treats a customer by placing their food on a wet tray. She claims she didn't see it.Nasty and unprofessional. On top of that one of the employees have her kid in the dining room and his on a tablet playing loud music. Get a babysitter.
I come here more than I should but everytime I come to this location the staff is amazing and sweet. They have friendly smiles and my order is always accurate and fast. Today Ms. Yaniasia, and another lady (I didn't get her name) served me at the window, very sweet people!
Was told as soon as I walked thru the door they wouldn't wait on me and I had to use a card no cash accepted. They ignore you and are slow to fill orders that aren't in the drive thru. The lady who runs this place needs to be fired she is rude and obnoxious.

although often understaffed, the employees are friendly and the manager (Kandy) is does a phenomenal job at making sure customers are welcomed and the food comes in a very timely manner.
If you don't finish your tacos within three minutes, they tend to fall apart. Plus, they mostly consist of salad.
I’m not sure if they wear gloves when preparing the food because I found a finger nail in one of my tacos.
Pembroke Taco Bell doesn’t mind special orders. Their drive through is always quick and courteous.
