I’m a Dasher and just spent 45 minutes waiting in line at the window to pick up two customer orders. When I finally reached the microphone, I was told I could only pick up one order because they were closing in 10 minutes, and if I wanted the second order, I’d have to wait another 45 minutes in line—by then, they would be closed. The first customer's order wasn’t ready either because it had too many items, and they didn’t want to fill it so close to closing time. I feel like they completely disregard customers’ time and don’t care about their customers. We loved the Cinnabon treats for dessert—they were absolutely delicious! The blend of cinnamon, sugar, and creamy filling was amazing. I also tried the grilled cheese burrito, which was fantastic. The service was fast, and our order was perfect with no issues. There’s a spacious parking lot on one side of the restaurant where you can park and enjoy your meal while it’s still warm. I’m not sure if they have indoor seating, but the restaurant is located in a large shopping area. If you’re interested, there’s a Jersey Mike’s right across the parking lot!
The staff were very friendly but unfortunately quite incompetent. This location was out of stock of almost everything, including straws. They couldn't locate items in the POS system that were clearly listed on the menu. At the KFC, they tried to serve two tenders as a full chicken breast on a sandwich, which wasn’t even close to what we paid for. The couple ahead of us ordered first and had to wait around 20 minutes because their order was given out incorrectly. Then, one of the employees argued with them about what they had actually ordered.
This Taco Bell is probably the best in New England. Other locations could learn a lot from how this one is run. I’d happily skip three other Taco Bells just to eat here. My orders are always accurate—nothing ever missing or disappointing. The drive-thru service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The restrooms are clean and well-kept, and the seating area is bright and tidy. While these should be standard at any Taco Bell, it takes real dedication to consistently deliver. The team at this Taco Bell truly exceeds expectations.

This Taco Bell is on par with the others, but I gave it four stars because they messed up my order. I paid extra to swap beef for chicken on my Gordita Crunch, yet it still came with beef. Also, they were a little overzealous with the creamy jalapeño sauce in the quesadilla—it was dripping all over. Other than those problems, the food was delicious.
