I have never seen such a lethargic team of four! After waiting five minutes at the drive-thru without any response, I decided to drive around and go inside. To my surprise, I found four employees just sitting in the dining area. After several more minutes of waiting, one of them finally directed me to a kiosk where I could order and pay. Then, I had to wait even longer for anyone to get up and start preparing my food.
This is the second time I've come here after 10 PM and been turned away by the staff because we aren't using DoorDash. Is there a notice about this policy that customers can see? If not, I believe this is unfair customer service and doesn’t make financial sense either. It seems like they are missing out on potential revenue. I'm not inclined to return anymore. Food Rating: 3.
