I stopped by Taco Bell's drive-thru around 5:30 PM this evening and wanted to share my experience. The two young men at the window were incredibly polite, and one even said, "Have a blessed day," which truly warmed my heart. I'm grateful to these young men and their parents for raising such kind people. Amid my busy day, they brought a smile to my face when I needed it most. Plus, my order was accurate, hot, and delicious! The Taco Bell menu never disappoints. Thank you!
I stopped by Taco Bell to grab some tacos for lunch. When I reached the drive-thru window, the employee noticed a balloon in my car and asked whose birthday it was. I told her it was for my five-year-old daughter. When I received my order, they surprised me with this (pic). I truly appreciate their kindness! P.S. The food was hot and delicious too.
The drive-thru employees were quite rude, and while my order arrived quickly, the food was ice cold and the bowl was only half full. They also forgot to include a straw for my drink. For the $8 I spent, I could have gotten better food for less at a gas station. I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell and would recommend avoiding it.
I absolutely love this Taco Bell and the entire team working here. They make you feel like a longtime friend. I've been there when the staff was fully staffed and also when there were just two dedicated women doing their utmost to deliver excellent customer service and keep the line moving. The staff were fairly prompt but came across as somewhat indifferent and brusque, even though they handled their responsibilities effectively. The food, which was sourced from Taco Bell, was acceptable. However, the prices were higher than those at similar restaurants, considering the portion sizes offered.
I had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru. Our order from the menu wasn’t fully completed; they almost forgot a drink, but we noticed it just in time. Make sure to check your order before leaving, because when I got home, several items were missing along with all the sauces we requested.
The service was rather slow; surprisingly, the drive-thru was faster than eating inside. I ordered a Burrito Supreme, but it was mostly filled with beans—I could barely see or taste anything else. I also ordered two soft-shell tacos, but only got one. Since we were in a hurry, I had to let it slide.
This location is fantastic, with friendly staff and delicious food. I'm a bit disappointed, though, because they removed the quesaritos, which were my favorite. I'm hopeful that they will bring them back soon! Réservez une table maintenant
I placed an online order and arrived just 10 minutes later, but I was told I'd have to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes for my meal to be ready. I won't be coming back to this restaurant!
