I would give this restaurant five stars, but there's quite a bit of foot traffic outside, particularly from homeless individuals in the area. It slightly detracts from the overall atmosphere. However, the food is fantastic.
Regarding parking, you'll need to be cautious. There's a lot of foot traffic, which includes homeless people and some rundown vehicles where they may be sleeping. It’s not really an ideal environment for kids to be out and about. I recommend parking in a visible area at the front so you can keep an eye on your car, whether you're using the drive-thru or dining inside.

The latest app update is terrible. It’s embarrassing that such a simple ordering app can't function properly—any basic programmer could do better. I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch updating the app, creating a new password, and dealing with chaotic ordering. The app said the store didn’t have an item, but when I went inside, it was available. Plus, the app showed my order being prepared at a completely different location than where I ordered! It was absolutely ridiculous. Then I waited at the counter for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, while my food sat there getting cold. What was supposed to be a 30-minute lunch turned into an hour. Thanks a lot.
What a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. My wife and I came in for a late-night dinner and ordered our usual crunch wraps since the nacho fries were unavailable. Instead, we received a mess that hardly resembled a crunch wrap. To make matters worse, there were no napkins provided, and we didn’t even get a receipt. The service and quality here were absolutely terrible. I strongly advise avoiding this Taco Bell location. The menu options might be tempting, but the execution is lacking.
Not that anybody expects this to be great Mexican food, but at least it delivers what you would expect from an Americanized Mexican food restaurant. My biggest criticism would be the fact that this location is not exactly located in a place that you would go to specifically to go to Taco Bell. it's kind of out of the way, so unless you're also going to nearby Home Depot or one of the other nearby stores, no reason to go here.

Food was as it should but they are very stingy with the sauce. I asked for 5 Diablo and 5 Fire but she gives me 3 3. I had a fairly larger order as well. They advertise their nacho fries and again they are shady with the cheese sauce. It doesn't make sense to order it when the balance of cheese sauce to quantity of fries does not match. They were fast to hand me my order but I questioned the freshness of my cold chalupa
Taco Bell appears to show a lack of respect for its customers, many of whom come from low-income backgrounds. When I requested access to the restroom, I was denied the code and instead had a staff member come unlock the door for me, which felt quite disrespectful. This experience was disappointing, and I encourage Taco Bell's CEO, Sean Tresvant, to look into this matter.
How does Taco Bell not have Taco Bell sauce in stock and then offer to sell it to you separately for .60 in a little plastic cup? I don’t understand how the most popular sauce on the planet is it in stock. Then wait and wait and wait to get your change receipt while they’re busy playing games and joking around in the lobby, and then don’t give you a receipt anyway.
Terrible location. They advertise all the promotions, but when you arrive, they inform you that you have to order online. However, when you try to order online, there are no options to choose the advertised promotions.

The drive-thru service is consistently quick, and the food is always served hot. It's a great spot for a quick meal. I particularly enjoy their value menu and frozen drinks.
