Taco Bell - Réserver une table

Very disappointed in this location. I made an order online. Waited 30 minutes in a line which although frustrating I dealt with and was kind to the staff despite their attitudes towards us. What upset me the most was by the time I got my order with my two toddlers in tow and got home half of my order wasn’t even in the bag…or it was cold.I emailed corporate regarding this experience because I would have appreciated any kind of response to be honest, and I heard nothing back from corporate NOR the local store. Obviously customer service is not a priority here. If you’re looking for a decent Taco Bell meal…go elsewhere.

My kiosk order took 18 minutes to get. She finally called my name and threw my food on the counter. Took off before I could ask for my drink cup. Didn't say anything to me. I wanted to dine in, but she gave me to go bag. They forgot one of my tacos but I didn't want to bother with these people anymore. No napkins out. Crude language behind the counter. What a terrible experience. Never coming back to this location.

I ordered a grilled steak cheese burrito and they at first didn't even grill it or put cheese on it so I walked back up there to get it fixed and they put the burrito in the wrong wrapper which usually wouldn't matter but since it had grilled chz this time the entire top of the burrito stuck to the paper very

This is one of 2 supreme chicken Chalupas I just bought that totaled to $10.95. I believe there was 5 baby pieces of chicken in each. Also when I thanked the cashier, he ignored me. Just my experience.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Was very rude when taking my order asking if “I was done”.
