Do I typically write fast food reviews? Not really. But this was honestly the best Taco Bell meal I've had in ages, and it genuinely improved my day. I ordered a soft taco and a bean and rice burrito, and both felt like they were prepared by someone who takes pride in their work. The expectations for fast food are usually low, but this was truly a quality Taco Bell lunch. The portions were generous, everything was piping hot, and my order was spot on. Plus, the staff were friendly.
When you're a fat-ass like me, you're always craving more and more food. I happen to F"KING love me some mexican food, so i come to taco bell. I come to the Castro Valley restaurant ever since getting banned from the Hayward one for abuse. Their loss. This location is great and the workers are nice. I am taking away one star because there is no drive thru. They make me physically get out of my silverado and lumber my way through those doors to the counter to order my burritos.
The cashier at Taco Bell was extremely unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer service. He had zero patience for no apparent reason, which was surprising given his role. It’s hard to believe he’s employed there considering how poorly he behaved. With such a bad attitude, it’s baffling that Taco Bell would have him handling the menu and interacting with customers. Eventually, someone’s going to have a negative reaction to his behavior—it’s just that bad.
I often find that they forget to pack items in the bag, so it's best to triple check before you leave. When you order online, it will notify you that your order is ready, but when you arrive at the store, they often haven't even started preparing it yet. The staff will then rush to their stations to get everything ready, which is quite ridiculous. Réservez une table maintenant
The food at this Taco Bell was delicious and flavorful. The service was incredibly polite, quick, and attentive. The atmosphere was clean, laid-back, and inviting. I highly recommend visiting this location.
The best $5 breakfast box around. I really enjoy the breakfast crunch wrap and the crispy potato hash browns. The Cinnabon donuts are delicious, and the coffee with Cinnabon flavor is excellent.
Won't be back to Taco Bell No longer take your order in person. Have to use computer kiosk Saw two other potential customers walk out.
Beware; Grumpy Staff! Crunchy tacos Now Thinner and fall apart, reduced fillings and lots of lettuce to stretch expensive ingredients. Réservez une table maintenant
If you close at 1 AM, don’t tell me you won’t serve me at 12:48 AM. That’s disappointing. No wonder the staff only make minimum wage.
