I recently had a frustrating experience at this restaurant while trying to order a single meal. After paying, I received my receipt along with my food and drink. I left the restaurant assuming my card was with my receipt, only to later discover that I had been charged an extra $30 for food that I didn't order—presumably for the employees’ meals. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I didn't receive much of an apology; they just mentioned they would process a refund. This situation really tarnished my faith in others. I'm still waiting for my refund, by the way.
First, let me start by saying that I got a recording at 9:45 at night saying they were closed in drive thru. Then the guy asked in an I don 't wanna be here voice Can I help u? When I told him about the recording he just said in a ill aggravated voice CAN I HELP U? I said I just didn 't know if u knew... He then repeated himself again in a idc and irritated manner. When I asked him about the price of a drink he scoffed at me and said $2.66! I said ok, well thank u have a nice night and left... He was extremely rude! I will not go back there at night.
Young man that took my order was patient with me because I'm not a big taco person but like it every now and then and I didn't know what came on an entree and he was so kind and explaining. When I got to the window he spoke, took my money with a smile and was so polite. It makes me really proud to know that there are still some mannerable children out here. Thank you young man.
Very fast service with people that have no chip on their shoulders about the past history of America. Normally the racist attitudes from fast food employees feel threatening and very uncomforatble at the least. Most black people that work in fast food hate people who are NOT considered black.

I’m no longer interested in visiting this Taco Bell. It’s truly disappointing to see that management permits the staff to prepare orders like this, especially when you’re spending nearly $5 and there’s hardly any meat on it! This has been a recurring issue.
I would like to thank LANDON HAMILTON for making the best food and service out there and he made it perfecto. It tasted so good and the food was so juicy and crisp to perfection. Thank you LANDAN you are the best hopefully I see you again.
What bad luck! They closed at 11:51 PM, and as I was trying to get in, the last car at the drive-through nearly collided with me while leaving.
Horrible I just left there and my whole order was wrong and I was charged for the wrong thing not to mention the dude was very rude

Been to this Taco Bell several times recently. Its clean, fast, and friendly.
