I've been hesitant to review this location for a decade. It really shouldn't serve as a training store. I've noticed that employees smoke marijuana and drink on the premises after their shifts. The only staff members who seem to genuinely care are the morning and afternoon crew of Mamacitas. The taco shells are terrible, almost like eating raw masa, and the flour tortillas are incredibly hard—almost like they could break your teeth. Is this really a training store?
The Mexican pizzas had an excessive amount of cheese and not nearly enough tomatoes—definitely too much cheese. Additionally, the parking lot is confusing, making it hard for drivers to determine who has the right of way for the drive-thru. I’ve had to brake suddenly more than once because of this. However, the service at this location is consistently friendly, which makes me reluctant to give anything less than 5 stars.
1/31/2023 8:10 pmvisited Taco Bell and was blown away by the quality of their food and service! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, Overall. I was thoroughly impressed by the young male Hispanic/Latino cashier wearing a grey sweater didn’t get a name, awesome service he provided. would highly recommend Taco Bell at this location.
They messed up my order so bad and said they fixed it and then handed me the wrong order again and I was glad I checked it before I drove off. And to think I spent 22.39 and nothing to compensate for for waiting almost an hour (no joke). I should get 22.39 in food free for this experience but I know Taco Bell won't. The fall from grace has been remarkable. The food was disgusting, and perhaps it's just my perception, but it seems that major fast food chains are raising their prices while simultaneously reducing both quality and portion sizes. It's truly disappointing.
I really love this location; it's typically fantastic. However, I wanted to mention that it might be time to change the oil. My cinnamon twists had a strong taste of fried chemicals, making them the worst I've ever had.
Overall, I have no complaints about this Taco Bell; I just wish they would bring back the shredded chicken burrito!
