This Taco bell deserves a zero 0/5 stars.I was there a couple of days ago and requested for the $5 craving box. The Spanish employee that was introduced as the supervisor who took my order appears not to understand what I ordered because the total was supposed to be $5.41but she charged about $2 or so and a young teenage employee added them together and charged me over $8. The teenage employee was so professional. But the Spanish supervisor was very very unprofessional and I returned the no craving box that was given to me.I requested for my money back but she said she could not credit my card back. Score this visit NEGATIVE 10!!! Sonia and Dalia if that’s even their real names, were rude on 11-10/2023 at 1:08pm in the drive thru.They need to be retrained how to do their job! Unpleasant and aggressively rude! I think they gave me false names because the receipt had a Beatriz V listed as the cashier, so the Manager lied and she said her name was Sonia. But she had to think for 5 seconds before she said “Sonia”I asked for my receipt and they had to DIG it out of the trash can ANDTORE the survey code and their store number like I won’t be able to get that information. Shame on them. Never will I nor my CLAN — visit that store again. Score negative 10!
Update: I'm still frustrated that the staff can't figure out how to make tacos with just meat and cheese. It's truly unbelievable—no wonder they work at Taco Bell! They really need to learn to read and follow instructions. I expect a full refund from this poorly run location and will be filing a corporate complaint. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is unfriendly and can't get an order right. I ordered five soft tacos with just meat and cheese and three hard tacos the same way, but when I got home, two of the hard tacos were crumbling and stuffed inside another taco shell. What a joke!
What a disgrace, the one who is there, Walter is poorly behaved, he is disrespectful to his workers, he puts them to work for more than 40 hours x 7 days and he does not give them rest and the workers look tired to the rest. Mr. Walter has preferences with other people. of work and they discriminate against others by giving them a lot of work and they are days of rest, it is ridiculous and not at all professional and only because they are women they take advantage of the fact that they do not speak English or understand it

I 'm a minor without a car, I tried to go inside the Taco Bell but the inside was closed so I walked to the ordering window and was told in a rude and unfriendly manner I can 't place a order because I don 't have a car which is not the first time this Taco Bell said something like this to me or even profited me. I 'm tired of it, all I wannaDo is get my food and go home, I don 't wanna have to jump 10 hurdles just to get told no. I 'm a paying customer my money is as good as the person 's In the car
Made my friends wait oitside while they let in other people. very racist first of all, second of all makes people caca their pant. my friends came over one time after eating this food and let me tell u my mom and dad had to call the freaking plumbers and put seran wrap on the toilet to keep in the stench. do not go here or else ur toilets will explode.
The team at this location is easily the best team at any Taco Bell !! I have only ever had great experiences here. Every team member I've interacted with is SO nice and hardworking. Any time I've ever had an issue with an order, they go above and beyond to make it right. This team seriously deserves some raises I hope they get them ! Y'all are awesome:
I'm usually cautious about Taco Bell because I often find that there's more of the other ingredients than meat. However, I'm pleased to say that this location serves a well-balanced amount of all the ingredients, which really enhances the overall experience of each bite!

Kelly Smith is incredibly composed under pressure. Despite dealing with a rude customer just before me, he welcomed me with a smile and maintained a professional demeanor. Taco Bell could benefit from more employees like Kelly; he manages stress with ease and grace.
This is one of the best Taco Bell locations I've visited. The quality is consistently excellent each time I go.
