If I could, I would give this store 0 stars. There seems to be a significant attitude problem among the staff, and the food preparation is consistently poor. Last night, one employee in the drive-thru had a bad attitude, and today, more employees taking orders were equally unwelcoming. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. They can't even manage to prepare two simple cheese roll-ups with minimal cheese correctly, and the quesadilla was poorly made, leading me to bite into a piece of hard material or bone. This experience has completely soured my opinion of this location. While some say Roselawn is bad, I find the Norwood location to be just as frustrating.
