Taco John's In West Des Mo

Updating 9/18, 2023 830pm. This is the 3rd time ive had to retun to get the sour cream. And, it's also the 3rd time the one's were absolutely terrible. My kids or I couldn't eat them . Please toss the ole's if they look bad. I love taco John's but, i might have ti goto a different location that cares about their product in the evenings. You can do better guys. we love your food and look forward ti a good meal. Please keep that in mind when we (customers). pull up. Do you want your favorite fast food to give you good food after a long day? Victor is an outstanding employee and has excellent customer service skills. He was friendly, considerate and professional. I enjoyed his service.

If you're going to have a terrible attitude please do not work customer service or food service. Went through drive thru and was flabbergasted at how disgusting the service was. Pulled up to the window and two people were extremely confused looking while trying to figure out my order still. Both had facial expressions of absolute hatred of their employee and even gave me a few dirty looks. Thursday September 14th 2023 6pm

Ordered was told to pull around the lady was nice but I got home to find out not all my items are in my bag checked receipt and the items are on there but not on bag a little disappointing.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Great well made food everytime and amazing service when I come in I couldn't recommend this place any more then I already do.

Always a good place for tasty food fast. Good service at drive up. Clean indoors restaurant, never crowded.

This visit was for one taco and six bags of ICE. At $1.38 for a ten pound bag you can't go wrong.

The burrito was cold and the steak in it was hard. The grilled burrito was hot.
