I found Taco y Taco on an Instagram reel And wanted to try their queso tacos. These tacos are keto friendly as they are wrapped in case of cheese. Oh my, are they amazing! They are always extremely fresh and taste amazing! Many different meets to choose from along with toppings and I can't say enough about how good they are. Unfortunately, they only have one location which is in Henderson, I live in the centennial hills area of Northwest Las Vegas, so I don't get a chance to visit them often. Only when I am out in that area working do I have a chance to stop in and grab a bite. Interestingly, the chicken and al Pastor tacos came on separate plates, while the sesos and cabeza were served on the same small plate, which made them look less substantial. The diced pineapple on the al Pastor was a delightful addition that really enhanced the flavor.
The salsa bar was impressive, offering both red and green sauces along with limes, radishes, pickled carrots, and jalapeño strips. They even had a creamy white sauce similar to Mexican crema. I also ordered the street corn on the cob, which was very tasty.
I arrived late at 8 PM, and the seating was a bit limited. Some of the empty tables still needed to be cleaned, as there was only one staff member handling the bussing....
Hidden gem. I would’ve never known of this spot if it weren’t for my aunt! Walking in is completely surreal. First the vibes energy is impeccable! The restaurant is clean the crew, professional overall! So accommodating! Here there’s a variety of others meats, more than other places have. There’s a bar on the left hand of the restaurant w beer on tap, including a variety of liquors! Not to mention there’s also upstairs seating. Very impressed! Tacos were delicious 11/10!
WARNING!!! The food is delicious but don't do a to go order! They put the tacos on a plate and cover the top with foil. Because the meat is so delicious and juicy when you pick up the bag the juice runs all over the bag. Sadly the bag had a hole in it and the juice is now all over my car seat. Very disappointing!!

Had the asada street tacos. So good! Came with pico and guacamole. They let me add pineapple to the tacos. Also ordered chips and guacamole. The guacamole is fantastic. They let us replace the mayonnaise on the corn on the cob with butter. Really good! Also ordered the corn cheese quesadilla!
This place has been going downhill for a while now. But tonight is the last time we will eat here. They got our order wrong which happens not a big deal. But the food was really bad tonight, super oily no flavor the cashier was rude. So $50 for a few things that were barely edible.
The food is exceptionally good. The bar selection is limited but sufficient. Overall, it's a solid restaurant. It might not be the best choice for a first date, but it's quite nice for a fifth one.
In my opinion, these are the best tacos al pastor in Las Vegas. The seasoning and char on the meat, along with the sauce and pineapple, are absolutely top-notch.
