I don't know if it's nostalgia or what it is but to me this place is a Northfield area staple. I spent about 10 years of my childhood in Northfield...and this place was there. I'm 41) I love there simple menus with great prices and quick efficient service. The place is small.. better for eating outside or going through the drive thru. But there is always friendly service, and simple comfort food waiting.
Interesting place. There are big portions for a very small building. There's not much seating, but that is only limited because of the tiny building. Plenty of parking. It has been the same great food for a low price for many years now, and that's part of the love this place has for all.
I tried the tacos and a burrito for the first time since the new owners took over, and I have to say, well done! You all are doing an incredible job!

It's not fancy, but it's dependable and provides a straightforward lunch with cheerful employees.
