I found this place by accident. And by that, I mean it's hidden in a hole in the wall in Hawaiian Gardens strip mall behind a liquor store. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, new in every aspect, the kitchen is new, stainless steel, the floor, the walls, the decor and furniture are new and well kept.The food: best meat ever! I have only tasted steak like these in two other places: Sonora Town in downtown LA and Sonora Mexico, where I am from.As a Mexican, I am not easily impressed by Mexican food. these steak tacos are incredible.I didn't like the tortillas. We arrived way before their posted closing time and were confused because the tables and chairs were put away and stacked as if the place was closed. It was also a Saturday so it did not make much sense.There were only two ladies working so we had to put out chairs down and move some tables around. We ordered some tacos and mulitas. The tacos de asada were delicious! It just took a while for them to get them done due to short staffing I'm sure.They also told someone that came after us that they had no more carne asada meat so I wonder if that is also why they tried to close?For paying the cashier did not know how to print us a receipt and we had to remind her like 4 times of what we had orde...

First time here and glad we stopped! All the food was really good. A lot of detail and love put into it. We got the beef mulita, tacos, and mango ceviche which was SOOOOO GOOD!!! really nice owner and staff as well. I wish this place was closer to where I live because I'd come all the time.

Went back again today. They're adding items to the menu and today I tried the ceviche. Very fresh, super tasty and as always, very friendly. Had some super spicy chili on the side. So good.The pastor taco was great too.Highly recommend this place.

Read reviews that they would be closed during work hours and figured they showed up 30min before closing, however 645pm on taco Tuesday is ridiculous

Awesome carne asada tacos on fresh hand made tortillas! Everybody needs to try this place because there are very few this good.
