the a little more journey into this charming traditional hotel is definitely worth it! the location in the valley of the doubs directly at the Swiss border is spectacular! the opposite invites to extended hikes. the hotel is very loving, but not completely taste-proof. there is a cozy bar and a somewhat erratically completed panoramic room with poolbillard and board game collection. the sauna and wellness area is adequate. the garden is full of loving little corners and niches. the swimming pool is large, clean and pleasantly heated. the panoramic view of the mountain during the swimming is beautiful. the rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary. throughout the house it is felt that there is an investment store: everything has come into the years and not really modern. but funny, this also creates a special charm. the restaurant with its historical wood paneling and the beautiful old halls and windows is very cozy and quite festive. the food is traditional and freshly prepared. points for meat and fish are correct. the tellers are composed harmoniously. it is quite delicious. the prices for a la carte dishes are almost ashamed of; you're almost overwhelmed to order a menu. menu prices are ok. the service is versed and friendly. the wine card is appropriate to the frame, the focus is understandably in the jura. the wine prices are still acceptable. a beautiful and individual experience. if we're back in the opposite, we'll be happy to come back.
De l'amuse-bouche au dessert, sans oublier les vins, tout est délicieux, magnifiquement présenté. Le plateau de fromages est juste extraordinaire : très complet et surtout les fromages sont affinés! Les girolles sont très bien cuisinées, les fruits de saison aussi, ce qui ajoute à la saveur des viandes et poissons... Service d'un gentillesse exceptionnelle, dans un cadre romantique, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Bravo!
