Taishoken exceeded my expectations in almost every way. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly, setting the stage for a wonderful dining experience. The staff was very efficient. Our food arrived surprisingly quickly, allowing us to satisfy our stomachs without much delay. The attention to timing and the staff's dedication to providing prompt service truly made a positive impact on our overall experience. The noodles themselves were the star of the show. The moment I took my first bite of the springy noodles, I knew I was in for a treat. The texture was absolutely perfect, striking a delightful balance between firmness and tenderness. It's clear that the chef takes g...

After my third noodle slurppin visit here I can say with confidence this will be my regular spot for as long as I’m living in the neighborhood! I’ve ordered 3 different noodle dishes during my time here and had great service each time.I’ve had the Tokusei Tsukemen (dipping noodle twice and loved the rich broth you dip your bouncy cute noodles in. Anchovy aroma in the soup but it wasn’t a deterrent for me! LOVED the Vegetarian (Impossible meat Dan Dan noodles for its creamy souplessness and bouncy noodles. It’s just a great noodle dish! Also loved the classic Tokusei Ramen and the nicely done chashu and soft boiled egg with a little bit of that broth left over at the end, not too salty and ju...

Authentic Ramen Experience. It started with a greeting when we entered the restaurant and were seated. The service was fantastic. The menu was vey well laid out and perfect if you are new to Ramen or Tsukemen noodles their specialty as they are very descriptive and even explain how to eat the Tsukemen style noodles which are less common here in the US. I started with the Tuna Appetizer which was delicious and beautifully presented on top of avocado with an amazing balance of flavors and textures. The flash fried seaweed chips were so beautiful, unique and tasty. I then had the House Specialty Tokusei Tsukemen dry cold noodles served with a warm broth you dip the noodles in. I am very experie...

I was in the area and looking for something yummy to eat, im glad I found this place. The restaurant has several tables inside and everything is spacious and clean. The service is very fast, efficient and friendly. We didn't wait to be seated because we were there around 12:00 but as soon as we sat the restaurant started filling up. In addition as soon as we ordered we got our food. We got the fried calamari which was so crispy and flavorful. Then, we had the spicy ramen. For the first time I got a spicy ramen that really is spicy unlike other places that say that it is spicy and you end up asking for extra. THE RAMEN WAS DELICIOUS. I really enjoyed coming to this place, come and try it. Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered the Tokusei Tsukemen (dipping noodles). The sous-vide Berkshire pork chashu was so flavorful, tender and melts in your mouth! This is a fun dish and definitely tests your chopsticks skills. We also tried the spicy ramen, which the broth was so delicious- deep rich flavor that wasn't too heavy! Would definitely would like to try the other ramen next time! The atmosphere was really pleasant. Not too big or loud, even when the place is packed! Service was extremely attentive and fast!

I enjoyed the food and the restaurant overall But I would have liked the air conditioner To have been utilized a little more as it was a very warm day. But that doesn't take away from the fact that the food was excellent and we actually got to sit down at a reasonable time. My ramen was done excellently So is my companions. I would definitely recommend it.

Tokusei tsukemen features a rich fish-based broth, enhanced with yuzu salt for added flavor, and delicious bamboo shoots! Mazesoba is served with a bowl of rice vinegar, creating a refreshing overall taste. Both are highly recommended however we felt pretty thirsty that night afterwards.

The noodles are great and the dipping sauce is perfect. The dipping sauce is not too salty and matches perfectly with their homemade noodles. The egg is awesome, too.The only thing we were not happy with is they were too busy to give us more water.I had raised my hand at least 5 times. Very good ramen spot w shorter wait! My go-to order has always been the Tokyo Classic Aburasoba. In my opinion, this is better than the spot that specializes Aburasoba.
