Taks Fish And Chips

I used to spend £20-£30 every Friday with TAKS, but I will never do so again. The driver delivered my order to the wrong house, and despite calling him twice and leaving two voicemails, he never replied. This lack of communication and service is disgraceful. Be cautious when receiving your order from them. I have now stopped using UberEats and TAKS for fast food delivery services. It's a shame because the food is great.

I've been using this place for years went there tonight and they seem more interested in delivering food and making as much money they can by giving walking in customers smaller portions than they used to plus the kebab meet seemed to be poor quality from what it used to be so it looks like I will have to find somewhere else to go from now on any recommendations?

Decided to have an order as we have used this place many times we decided to try a Cheeseburger with Salad and Mayo and Chips my Husband had the Kebab in a Tray with Chips and a Curry Sauce and my Grandaughter had the Fish and Chips we have it delivered and it comes piping hot and fresh everytime lovely service and quick good delivery will use again.

Always garentees tasty food is very fresh and delicious always a satisfying experience and friendly staff. I have tried most every fish a chip joint in the area and I always prefer the food and service at Taks. Wish they delivered though that's only thing I need for them to start doing.

Nice food. But the portion size is awful! A special is tiny! One mouthful and it's gone! And the price for that is the same price I could pay for another chippy in the area but a bigger portion! Which actually fills u up. So based on this I wouldn't go again.

Very quick to be served, Chips are not as good as others in the local vicinity (I prefer battered chips) Other chip shops in the area do a larger mini fish and chips for very little more

This is the best fish and chip shop in Rowley/Blackheath. I have never had a bad meal from there, and their curry sauce is absolutely delicious.

I love this place .tak is always there with a smile on his face and loves to have a chat .the food is always freshly cooked and tasty

Good chippy. Always like the food from here and is always fresh. Highly recommended, staff always happy.
