No rice included when you buy one of their $15 to $17 options. So you have to spend an additional $6 for rice and then the portion of rice is not very much. We got takeout to eat at an outdoor park and then there is no plastic spoon or fork or napkin in the bag. As far as the actual food: The Dal Masala was way too oily. The mango lassi was good. Pretty disappointed with everything else.
First time dining in Pakistan-Indian cuisine. Lunch buffet prices are decent. Mango Lassi I like the most. Salad is pretty good. Chicken Taka Masala is very tasty. Garlic Naan has a strong garlic texture. These are my recommendations. Goats here are good in my opinion. Probably recommend if you want something different. And I will probably come back to something different as well.

I really enjoy coming here for their lunch buffet on my lunch break. I’ve never had any problems waiting and the food is amazing. It’s nice to eat a lunch that tastes delicious. Both times I’ve come here they’ve had different foods at the buffet so it doesn’t get boring. The naan bread tastes fresh and a great compliment to the food. I was very excited to try it out!!! I was very disappointed!! . I saw them reheat the rice in the microwave, rice was not fresh at all !!! , chicken and goat chops didn’t taste fresh at all !! Waste of money and time, I will never go again!!!
Great attitude, best chef, delicious and spicy food very ethnic.As of March 15th Tamarind have a new chef, he is from Pakistan. The cooking is very ethnic and tastes the best. Vegetarian options: Okra, eggplant and spinach are good options.
Don't waist your money eating here , firing William the cook was a mistake, I heard he fire the cook for refusing to cook for a hol lot of people in this Ramadan days all by himself . Good for
Food is fire . Owner is cool. The staff are helpful and nice. Perfect spot in chino hills to grub at if you’re hungry for the lunch Buffet. Oh and the setting and ambiance is cool too. Réservez une table maintenant
