Just had a breakfast there. Very busy with locals (it was a Sunday) and also customers from the hotel across the road. Server I had was not very engaging. Atmosphere seemed hectic and out of control although they had enough servers on. Eggs and toast...came as ordered. Sausage were well cooked but lacked flavor. They only have a frozen deep fried product vs home fries that are fresh potatoes and grilled. Server did not check back to see if all was okay, coffee refills etc. You have to go to the cash register to get your bill and pay apparently, but there was no indication of that so other tourists sat at tables waiting for their bills, meaning tables weren't turning over as fast as they coul...

The employees are absolutely wonderful here, and not to mention the breakfast is phenomenal. Cooked to perfect, my partner and I both ordered the Classic breakfast. I ordered over-easy eggs, and my partner ordered poached. Honestly they were the most perfect I had ever had....And to add, the prices are lovely! It was my partner's birthday and I had sneakily planned to have one of the waitresses bring out two butter tarts from their counter, lit with two candles, and to sing happy birthday at 7 am. It was honestly the best breakfast experience I had ever had. HIGHLY recommend.
We were a group of 15 that surprised them for dinner. There were only two servers and we surprised them at 615, 45 minutes to closing time. Understandably, food was slow to arrive and many of us were delayed getting our dinners. Food was good...and was good value for the money. Good home style meals that filled your tummy after a long day. We visited again the next morning for breakfast and meals were very good value and naturally service was much faster. Will definately go again when in the area!
We ate here a couple times last year while staying across the street at the Fox Motor Inn and enjoyed our meals so it made sense to eat here again ! Although the interior is a little dated and worn the service was good and...our meals freshly prepared and tasty and at a reasonable price. Better quality food and portion size at about the same price as you'd pay at a fast food place !!
