Great Neighbor Restaurant Tandoor Oven is great restaurant from the hustle of the tourist areas in NY. The food is very tasty and the portions are good. The service is excellent and the atmosphere relaxing. Highly recommend trying the Lentil soup and the drums of Heaven for appetizers; the Chicken Saag for Entrée and Double Ka Meetha (bread pudding) for dessert.
We have been dining here for well over three years. The food and service are excellent and consistent. Their wine list is well thought out and very reasonable. We always look forward to our dinners here.
Appetizers were awesome! Perfectly cooked chick pea fritters! Bread was great! Tandoori chicken was delicious! Not too salty! Chef knows how to spice!
