Tang's Sushi - Réservation de table

Likely the best sushi I've had in Sacramento. Flavor, texture and presentation were all on point. My girlfriend and I got the Lexus, Sunshine and Tang's Lobster roll. All of them were delicious. If I had any critique it would have been that the seasoned edamame was slightly over boiled and lacked the heat level I prefer. They were a bit soft and primarily tasted of garlic. Was hoping for some hot sauce to be incorporated that all seemed to be sitting at the bottom of the bowl. Regardless, will gladly come back to try more of the items they offer.

Really delicious sushi in a tiny corner off of Blue Oaks. It’s extremely crowded, I suspect because it is so good but also in a small space. If I can manage the wait time, I will eat here, but even when I try to come early, everyone has the same plan in mind. Worth the wait if you are willing to. It’s all good. I haven’t been disappointed yet. ???

Great food. Great service. Solid dining area and outdoor seating. Fish is extremely fresh and rolls are unique. This is a go to date night for my wife and I.
