Tanners Pub and Grill

The food here is simply fantastic!We have gone twice now, the first time we stumbled on this place by accident, we actually smelled something really good after leaving the hide house and walking around exploring the area. We found where it was coming from and went inside and are glad we did! The first time I had chili, I didn't see it the last time we went so maybe it's not always available but it was amazing! My girl friend had the curry dish twice now and loves it. The second time I tried the shepherds pie and it's the best I've ever had. The restaurant was small and cozy and the serves was great. Looking forward to the next time we go back for lunch or dinner.Highly recommend checking this place out!

After reading a number of reviews about the restaurant, we stopped in here for lunch while visiting family in Acton. I admit to being a little disappointed, but perhaps my opinion was coloured by the fact that the interior was rather uncomfortably cool. We arrived shortly after the restaurant had opened for the day, and it was very quiet inside. I ordered chicken tacos, one of the daily specials, and found them to be rather unexceptional and lacking in any of the seasonings I would have expected in a taco. My companions both ordered the fish and chips and were quite satisfied with their choice. A big plus was the quality of the service. Our waitress was excellent , and the prices were reasonable.

We went to Tanners today for Lunch. My Husband had halibut and chips and my friend and I had shepherds pie.. The best shepherds pie I have ever tasted including my own. Our waitress was friendly and was there to make sure everything was good. Their beer selection is extensive. glad there is a place here in town to enjoy a good meal.

Been here a few times, always prompt service and excellent food. Jaime is usually here and is the best! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for food and a drink
