Date of visit: Sunday Sept 24, 2023After a hike along the Bruce Trail in the area, we came here for dinner and a drink. We googled it and saw that It is a classic british style pub with many menu items you expect to find in a pub.The servers were all very nice and friendly. We ordered Yorkshireman’s Dinner, Chicken pot pie with fries and Cajun pierogies as an appetizer. The pierogies were tiny little fluffy crunchy pillows – sprinkiled with cajun seasoning, and served with sour cream. The plus's- Great selection of beers on tap- Great music and some interesting themed evenings that are fun.- Great staff. They're friendly and helpful- Good enough patioThe Cons- Only one. The food. I've gone a couple times for dinner over the last year, and have yet to have good meal. Everything is bland. It looks awful on the plate, it tastes like it's been cooked from frozen. My salmon could well have been a frozen piece of Captain Highliner and some frozen broccoli, plain white rice. Not at all appetising. My last visit, I had a salad. Came here back in August on a Thursday evening not gunna lie, this was the best pub and delicious food that I ever been too. I Ordered there ribs and wings special for $16.99 not bad for the price but, it was little pricey I didn't have no complaints at all. the service was excellent and our server was friendly amazing atmosphere and it was also karaoke night as well Loved it so much.

A little over a week ago, I went there for lunch. The food was excellent as usual. My lunch partner had the French Onion Soup, which they said was awesome. I had the Bangers and Mash, which also were excellent. I have tried a lot of the meals on the menu, and every one has been prepared very well. I have yet to have a disappointment here. We were so happy with our dinner ceaser drink yum yum Barley soup and a big bowl of mussels also the yorkshire dinner was ordered We would highly recommend this pub. Also an added bonus, every server there was top notch. I forgot to mention the sticky pudding was the best we ever had. We will travel from Aurora to come back to this pub.

Stopped in on our way back from Mississauga. Found this place on a Google search.I had the all beef brie burger. My husband had the 2 piece fish and chips. Excellent.A recommendation.For a fall/ winter menu.Turkey burger. Use the brie. Melted a bit more than on the beef burger. Top the brie with a cranberry coulis/jam/chutney.

Greatly place in the downtown areaAnd was easily accessible from Turtle Creek Golf for a team dinner ?However, 1 safety hazard...the electrical outlet box which sits in TOP of the floor... thought that was an odd thing to leave uncovered/marked... especially after you had a few

Exceeded expectations quite a lot. Food was great, especially the fries which tasted homemade and very fresh. We will definitely return if we’re in the area.
