Oh dear, we arrived at 7pm for a birthday celebration for 5. I’m unsure how long this place has been open, but the wait staff, excepting the supervisor, seem to be learning on the job. It took about 20 mins to order food and drinks and then the problems started. The food arrived 45 mins later, but no signs of the beer tasters sets We asked the waitress for 5 small plates for the share platters, she told us she only had 4 ! . Yes really. . Lol so we asked where were the beer tasters, to be told they ran out of glasses but wouldn’t be long. Yes. The tap pub ran out of glasses, good thing we paid for them first. Finally arrived 15 mins later. The beer was great, the food pretty much like maccas...
On arrival waited for a long time to enquirer about our reservation staff chose to ignore us and kept working behind bar. Table service unfriendly, I helpful, tried to clear table before we had even received our main meals. The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked customer service skills (perhaps not trained properly). Also tried to present us with meals and at that stage we hadn't even ordered. Seemed to be offended when asked to reset the table. Constantly gave our party of six that they wanted us to finish up asap. Bar service Growler not available (broken). Two out of six drinks were not what was ordered. Food Prawn and avo sAlad (no prawns) Pumpkin Salad plenty of lettuce not much else...
Drinks orders were either wrong or took over 20 mins to get to us. Food orders got doubled up and were half wrong. Food was nice though and value was good. We were seated outside and it needed some music or ambience to make it feel like we werent sitting in the middle of the shopping centre.
Friendly bar and waiting staff. We were sat outside iplay so the ambience wasn’t too great. The food was pretty average and 3 out of the four dessert cocktails were undrinkable as they were very sickly tasting. They certainly didn’t taste anything like the description.

Decent size food portions, but they couldn 't give me a takeaway box for leftovers due to 'health and safety ', which was a bit disappointing as we had loads of chicken wings left over. Food was nice though but table size was a little small.
Good value meals although menu for kids drinks was confusing and they ended up only offering a large glass (bit much for my young ones). Small bites very tasty, as was the beer they recommended to try.
Always great service, especially when you know the waiters and they know you!
Great place. Only negative is beer prices. But we will be back
