Taqueria Jacarandas Mexican Food

We came here after a flight into SeaTac on a whim since it was Cinco de Mayo, and because I was craving a torta. We arrived, and it looks pretty plain from the outside, but inside is a nice, well-lit, and clean (if well-used) little restaurant. The menu had a lot of different options, considering that most Mexican restaurants have a bunch of variations on the same thing, tacos, burritos, etc. etc.I got the torta with fries and a piña-flavor agua fresca, and the other people in my party got a chimichanga, the wet super burrito, and a quesadilla con carne, and we ordered chips and salsa for the table. Got a few minutes before picking up someone at SeaTac? Arriving hungry? Check out this gem just a couple minutes south. Just by south 200th where you can easily get back in the freeway. They even have tripe and tongue. Authentic. Highly recommended

Food was great, music was great. Very nice person and great customer service. Just wish I would have taken pictures. Definitely will be going back so next time I'll post pictures.
