I went to eat with my friends and the service was terrible. We waited for our food to be served for over an hour. When we asked why they had not brought our order even though several people who arrived after us already had their food, they told us that we should continue waiting. We decided to leave and not wait any longer, so we went to the cashier to pay for the drinks we had while we waited and again they left us waiting to collect and the supervisor, instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience, got angry and said that We had to understand that there were many people. It was really a very bad experience.
We love Tarasco's! We've been several times in the last few months because we just can't get enough! The salsa is a good texture and has a nice kick to it and their chips are great with it. I HIGHLY recommend the carne asada! It comes on a bed of grilled onions with grilled nopal and shallots. We also love the Tarasco's tacos, my husband loves them on flour tortillas and I can't get enough of them on corn. The pollo loco is also a really good dish. There's really something to choose for everyone!
Empty when entered at 3pm. Taco salad was actually a cheese soup, no veggies, not edible ended up taken off bill. Wings were dry, over cooked. Margarita was all sour mix, mix was sitting out not in a fridge. We are not complainers and felt bad as staff seemed really nice. Had to leave and get food elsewhere. Located right next to microtel inn so after a full day of travel, were starving and would have eaten anything really. Maybe it was just an off day.
Being used to Mexican restaurants in Illinois, I wondered what they'd be like in Georgia. I ordered the beef chimichangas and totally enjoyed how they were prepared, the beef was pot roast instead of ground beef, the chimichangas were covered with a light and fresh white sauce. Service was excellent and prices were reasonable. If traveling through Cartersville again, I will return to this great place.

Absolutely BANGIN! The service as well as the food were top notch. After working all day and barely being able to make it in before closing the manager insisted I sit down and eat. This is hands down my new go to for great Mexican food and service in the cartersville area. Thank yall so much
Had visiting this place for the last 2 weeks, I had seen customers complaining about food that's bad or not what expected. Today, we request a Huevos rancheros plate, and it had some type of plastic bag piece in the eggs. Careful with that!
Great food, the birria tacos were great! Service was fast and friendly, restaurant clean and comfortable. The chips and salsa were very good, and my iced tea was great, not overbrewed like I find to be common in restaurants.
TERRIBLE...dirty...staff stands around... overpriced and not quality. Orders are not timely and no one is providing customer service. Definitely go somewhere else!

The food was okay. Service was slow though it was so slow I started to leave. I only stayed because I had already waited to long. Smh
The food was delicious. The server was nice and funny. They had a lunch buffet that my husband enjoyed.
