I went to the southfield location after seeing groupon special. I'm a vegan and not easily impressed. I was surprised to learn that Ethiopians eat vegan every Wednesday and Friday as well as during most or all of their holidays. Bottom line, as a result this place has delicious vegan options, including a vegan dessert consisting of plantains, vegan carmel, and vanilla soy ice cream (by request). I strongly suggest the vegetarian sampler plate (which is actually vegan). It has vegetable dishes on it. Each tastes better than the next. The service at this restaurant was super quick and friendly. The food was decent overall, although the green beans were overcooked. However, the veggie combo plate was well seasoned and came in a generous portion for one person. The prices were reasonable.

the owner of the load was our server and was very excited when I mentioned I was vegan, and very helpful to show what was vegan and what was not. eating is very good, felt very authentic with a great atmosphere even had some appetizers and desserts vegan

Very good food and flavorful! I've enjoyed everything that I tried and have been very pleased. The staff have always been friendly and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving them a chance!

The worst place I have ever been to, they said to wait 10 minutes for food but after 10 minutes they said no food, I work in a food delivery service, very bad place, I don't want to go back here
