I love the fruity drinks here and the Avocado Avalanche. They’re pretty sweet so I always get the drinks less sweet. You order via the ordering pad at the cashier station but there was only one person working so when my friend had questions and wanted to order with the staff, the employee told her to use the screen. But they didn’t have what she wanted on the screen, so she didn’t end up ordering anything. But she knew it would’ve most likely been available since she’s ordered it from another location.
The tea turned out to be too sweet for my taste, which I assume is how they typically prepare it. When they asked if I had a rewards number, I replied that I didn’t but was interested in signing up. The guy at the counter just took my order and suggested I download the app next time. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. The place was clean, though!
This place is incredibly popular for a reason. They serve great boba and have friendly staff. I've noticed quite a few car enthusiasts hanging out here, and I've heard rumors about car meets taking place out front, although I haven't attended one myself.
First time visiting! Love the selection and options. I completely goofed on my order and the amazing folks making the drinks re-made the drink twice (again- all my fault). Above and beyond and did it with huge smiles. I am a customer for life!

Great place and great drinks, perfect for hanging out with friends later at night. Only downside would be the small place, we had to stand outside and chat instead of sitting down and possibly playing some board games that we brought.
The Matcha Strawberry drink was overly diluted and lacked sweetness; I could hardly taste the green tea or strawberry flavors. On the other hand, the Thai Milk Tea was quite enjoyable.
The classic milk tea is the BEST!! I love how theres an option for stevia too!! Its the only milk tea I can drink without feeling like Ive had too much sugar :

Honest Review: Gong Cha offers better Strawberry Milk Tea, but the Sunset Peach is still quite tasty. I would definitely give it another try.
