My sister found this restaurant on Facebook and suggested we drive to Rooty Hill for our NYE lunch (about 40 minutes on the M4). It was definitely worth the trip! We had the best Indo-Fijian curries we've ever had in Sydney. The masala and spices tasted authentic, just like the curries in Fiji. The meat was incredibly tender and the cheese naan was huge, almost the size of a regular pizza. The portions were much more generous than those at other Indian restaurants in Sydney. Tatas is a family-run restaurant, with Pillay and his wife cooking all the delicious dishes fresh, while their son and daughter take care of the customers.
