The Pommes Frites are still classic, but the other dishes (e.g. Cordon Bleu with Serrano ham) are partly sweet and no longer taste as well as served 1 year ago. The salmon with potato buffers is recommended, but should also have a lemon slice and a horseradish. The fresh trout was announced as blue, but came fried.
