We absolutely love Taverna Novo! They offer a diverse, seasonal menu with weekly specials, as well as an impressive wine selection curated by a top professional in the industry. The handcrafted dishes are delicious and generous in portion size. The restaurant is located in the Beekman Street arts district on the west side of town, with a cozy ambiance that can accommodate around 40 guests at a time. While the close quarters can be a bit cramped, we always enjoy meeting new friends at nearby tables. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, providing special touches like napkin folding and remembering guests' names. Securing a reservation during track season is a challenge, but well worth it...
One of the best restaurants in Saratoga we stop here everything we visit and the food only gets better each time. Signature drinks are awesome. the appetizer I ordered was not as described in the menu. the pizza was not completely boiled. while I sat on the bar waiting for the order, the bartender reminded everyone how long they had to sit in theirs until the arrival of the next party. no pressure! My husband and I had a wonderful experience at your restaurant on Saturday night. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and our waitress was exceptional - attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. If you're searching for amazing food, look no further. The dishes here are not just really good, they're excellent! We've visited multiple times in one week. The wine selection is fantastic and Pat gives great recommendations. I highly recommend this place. And don't forget to try the dessert - you won't be disappointed.
