Manager Belinda was very rude,disrespectful and confrontational. We had made two reservations for my Aunt who is in a nursing home due two brain surgeries and early Alzheimer 75th Birthday. We where told that we would be near each and it wouldn’t be an issue. Upon arrival in the rain struggling to get Aunt out car into building we where told that we have been moved upstairs without any notice. Then told that second reservation would have to remain downstairs and could not join us upstairs. My Niece asked what she would have to do to make it possible for us all to be upstairs. Got an order to go from the restaurant crab cakes fantastic as usual received the call people asked me to pick up something from the carryout it was calling stuff and fluff the guy was very ignorant very unprofessional didn't have a clue what I was asking for pointed it to them on the menu still couldn't come up with a price so unfortunately I left they were probably 10 to 15 hours and I needed eight of them their loss highly recommend the restaurant Pappas is great

I went to Pappas last Wednesday for lunch and Friday (today evening) for dinner. Fighted with crabs for both visits and could no longer be satisfied. At both visits the restaurant was busy, but we sat fast and the crabs were delicious. It's a two-minute drive from my house, so I'm back.

Restaurant is popular. I recommend a reservation. Whatever you order is delicious and plentiful. Bring a removal container. I order another court every time I go and never got disappointed. Parking in the back. Réservez une table maintenant

Wonderful atmosphere and amazing food! The crab cake was no joke….best I’ve ever had. And our server Sebastian was very knowledgeable of the menu and displayed phenomenal service. Definitely coming back!

The one in Glen Burnie was disappointing. But , this one was always consistently good until now. The food was bland and just oily/ buttery. Very disappointing. We won’t be doing Papas anymore.

I purchased a dozen extra large male crabs for Thanksgiving and they were great!! Even the claws had so much meat! I enjoyed them very much! Réservez une table maintenant

Love their crab cakes, especially the catering mix, so you can create your own size for hors d'oeuvres!
