Yesterday, I learned from a very nice employee in Tchibo branch that men’s articles are only available online shortly. Men are not desired in stores, except for paying!!! I had to find today that a Cashmere sweater in size XL is not available in any color. Probably men in balls will not be desired in online business anymore!!! Conclusion: I will certainly not buy coffee at Tchibo! !

Our coffee machine was sent on 12.01.2024 for repeated painting for repair. Order number has been passed several times by phone. According to customer service, this has always been communicated to the service. It's absolutely nothing! Despite calling several times, you can't be helped. What are you supposed to say here as a customer? This behavior of Tchibo is just bad!
