Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. When I called Tea Thyme to ask about their pick-up options, the employee who answered was very rude. I called back with another question, but the same person hung up as soon as they heard my voice. Thinking it might have been a dropped call, I tried once more, only to have the employee pause and then intentionally disconnect again after recognizing me. I’m extremely disappointed because I had heard great things about this place. After experiencing such disrespectful treatment, I will never visit Tea Thyme. A great little place to pick up a sandwich for lunch or a coffee in the morning. With a wide selection of vegetarian vegan options, the sandwiches wraps are always fresh and tasty, and they are never boring, they always have an additional ingredient or two that keep them from a typical option that you get tired. I could eat here every day.

I discovered a hidden treasure with my mother the other day. Tea Thyme is an amazing spot! The broccoli tortellini is scrumptious and they have such a great variety of herbs and spices which they incorporate in all their dishes

Tea Thyme is my new favorite lunch spot and specialty store for gourmet spices and teas...purchased the Jamaican jerk seasoning today!! So glad my coworker, Kelly told me about this gem!!!
Everything was wonderful! It's a cute little shop! I grabbed some lunch and everything was sooo good! The curried sweet potato salad was amazing!! I'll be looking out for some matcha
It's so great to buy tea in Orangeburg. I'm just enjoying the Moroccan mint! I loved the food I had here the other day. I recommend the cured sweet potato salad!! So delicious!
