I had the absolute best time here! I came by myself because my husband is here for work in Hannover. My server’s name was Olga and she embodied what it means to be hospitable! She was super cute and pregnant recommending the best herbal teas!...I was so impressed by her warmth and kindness. The atmosphere was so cozy and quaint. I read my book by candlelight and a bright, happy daffodil was my company. The flower boxes outside the window were ready for spring and blooming beautifully. This darling place is what my romantic, blissful, German dreams are made of. They had blankets outside on the brick patio and heaters since it is a bit chilly here this time of year. This was a treasure to find...
We stumbled upon this place quite by accident and what a stunning find it was . Set in a lovely square of half timber framed buildings with a ball water feature as its focal point . We sat in the deckchairs when some became available,...a waitress came and took our order quickly , drinks arrived soon after and our food arrived ten minutes later . We had a ham baguette and a salami baguette , they were toasted so the cheese melted nicely ... they were excellent for just over each . The cakes were something else, we had rhubarb cake, a raspberry sour cream cheesecake a chocolate cake ... all excellent and superb value for money for the lot . Fantastic place to stop off at when touring this gre...
close to the city centre, at the end of the pedestrian area, in a nice little place called Ballhof Platz ther you find this little tea shop. simple and good. very small tables but you are there for tee, coffee, sweets or a small sandwich...anyway. good atmosphere, the baguettes are actually oven baked ciabattas but they are German, not Italians, right? it is the perfect place in Hannover for a relaxing time enjoying some cookies with a tee, a glass of wine or whatever you like
A super cosy atmosphere! We sat outside and the scenery was green and pretty, located in a calm back alley. I had an iced Dirty chai latte which tasted excellent! My boyfriend ordered the elderflower iced tea which was refreshing but could def taste better....There was a bit of a long waiting time, but the staff was Very sweet and it was a very nice experience overall! Loved the setting and atmosphere but we sat for mins before the staff even acknowledged our existence and not for a lack of trying fast forward another mins before they came to take our order when we placed our order for drinks...and one slice of cake we've sat for another mins nothing.. we left
